Here’s what you need to know to get your medical card:

  • This is a first come, first serve event. No appointment needed.
  • There is a $100* Certification Fee. Credit, debit, and cash will be accepted. (Does not include fees due to the state.)
  • Must bring valid Florida’s Driver’s License or ID Card.
  • Application paperwork and release forms will be provided on-site.
  • Patients will be eligible for same-day purchase pending their approval from the OMMU.
